  • Am I Eligible for Medicare Claims?

    You are eligible for Medicare chiropractic claims if you have a chronic condition, and a Medicare card. You will need to consult your GP, who will then complete a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) form for you to bring to your chiropractic appointment.  Medicare may rebate up to five sessions per year with a gap payment.
